"I'm fucking dying here! I'm fucking dying!"
I just saw Reservoir Dogs for the first time ever on Friday. It was intense. I don't think I was supposed to like it - I think I'm supposed to complain about how Tarantino steals from other filmmakers, and how his whiny, self-indulgent tone pervades his films and renders seriously-intended scenes laughable - but I was totally impressed despite myself. So maybe I don't have good taste in film like I thought. But I've got to have a soft spot in my heart for anyone who lists Manos as one of his favorite films. Anyway, it's the only time I can remember my stomach actually lurching at a movie. Not because of gore - just because of really emotive acting. Tim Roth, I salute you.

Je ne travail pas
I came into the library two hours ago to study for my french quiz tomorrow, and instead I have been playing on this nifty site. Man. Oh well.

In other news, I finished my script analysis for advanced directing just barely in time. And it's 23 pages long (with beats and whatnot). I accidentally wrote a dissertation. Cripes.

I'm back, bitches
Everyone should come see School for Scandal this weekend - or next weekend. It's running the 22nd-24th and the 29th-2nd. Many performances to choose from. I don't care when you come. Just come see it, for the love of God. And tell your friends. Ticket sales haven't been so hot, so...offer them bribes if you have to. It won't be forgotten. Just get 'em here.

And, so...yeah. I'm blogging again. Woot. :)
